If we need those to help fill up the seats, reducing the price each of us pays, I would then have to leave that much later.<br /> I have also asked if the Region Exec, rather than the full Council, can make any decisions in regards to any minibus firms, in regards to price, terms and conditions etc. The names need to be in to the host Region in around four weeks. We will need to get exact numbers, prices and dertails to Region in advance of that. If there is a problem and we can&#39;t hire a minibus, the later it is left, the more may end up without transport to the Rally. Having looked at some information, there is limited space for luggage on minibuses this size, so the CCY need to be advised to pack small. The other issue is that, while there are toilets on site, we could be a distance from them. Exact prices when we have an idea of numbers and any deals that we may be able to get.</p> <p>This is open to parents to come and join in if they wish. You will also need training, as the DA Youth Leader needs to put your name forward for the Test.</p> <p>There will be CCY Areas at Regional Events, but there will not be much time for Training. ALL additional information will be in this forum.</p> <p>I will also be looking at adding a Social Event List.</p> <p>This will not just be CCY Events, but ones organised by the DA&#39;s or Sections. Non camping socials can normally be attended by non Club Members, so this is an ideal way for non camping parents to meet some of us. It also means they can stay, rather than just be the Taxi service to drop you off and pick you up from Site! </p>
